The sea level rise (SLR) maps presented in En-ROADS are risk maps of potential flooding. After moving action/policy sliders in En-ROADS, the green color of “Land saved by actions” is displayed on the map. This is land that would be at risk in the Baseline scenario but now, after taking actions, would no longer be at risk. 

As more effective actions are implemented in a scenario, the global projected temperature will decrease. This lower temperature will mean less global sea level rise and, therefore, more green “Land saved by actions” will be shown on the map.
