Yes! The En-ROADS training at https://learn.climateinteractive.org/ includes a module on leading the game. Taking the full training is highly recommended to learn how to facilitate an engaging experience and to be able to use the En-ROADS simulator effectively.
The Climate Action Simulation Facilitator Guide is also a good resource with detailed instructions on how to run the game both online or in person.
