The given purpose of En-ROADS is "to improve decision-maker understanding of the dynamics of the climate-energy-land-economic system, particularly focusing on policy-makers, citizens, and business leaders."
What if I am doing the workshop with people who are ordinary citizens and not decisions-makers? Are there resource for how to pressure business and government leaders to enact the policies suggested by a given scenario?
I feel like finishing a workshop and seeing a path to lower emissions is a big emotional moment, and it would be great to put that energy towards something productive immediately. In the US, I would suggest signing up with the Environmental Voter Project as one place to start. Not sure if the Climate interactive community has other suggestions. Maybe we could start compiling resources for each country?
